Norwegian Herring Festival in «La Presse» restaurant
18th September in «La Presse» restaurant was a grand opening of Norwegian Herring Festival as a part of communication campaign «New Seledka».
The event was visited by General Consul of Kingdom of Norway Mr. Rune Osheim and NKVER representative in Russia Mrs. Yulia Selieset.
During the festival from 15th October up to 15th November non-traditional dishes of Norwegian herring will be included in menus of 22 restaurants-participants of the event. Special jury will choose the best menu and the chief of this restaurant will get opportunity to visit Norway in 2010.
On the grand opening of the festival all the guests had a chance to test new dishes from the best cookery experts of Northern Capital and also take part in a quiz with presents from Norwegian Committee of fish export, «La Presse» restaurant, «Nevskiy Forum» Hotel and culinary studio of Ilia Lazerson.
Now every guest of «La Presse» restaurant during the festival has a chance to taste and test exclusive dishes prepared from herring. Bon appetite!
